Returns Policy

  • You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchase. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and retaining your return tracking number when sending back your items.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from our Online Return Portal. This document should clearly indicate which items are being returned. Incorrect or incomplete documentation may cause delays in the processing of your return.
  • In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to delay refund processing until we physically receive the returned items if credible concerns regarding potential fraud are present.
  • Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: We maintain the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at our discretion for any of the following reasons:
  • Irregular or Excessive Returns: Instances indicating "wardrobing" or an unusual frequency of returns.
  • Returned Items in Poor Condition: Items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing components.
  • Potential Fraudulent Activity: Cases suggestive of fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service, both in-store and online, to any customer or entity for actions that align with the conditions outlined above. We take these measures to ensure a fair and transparent returns process for all our customers.
