- Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are optional and paid by you. - Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns must be shipped within that period for a full refund. - Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. - Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies for returns over $750. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report defects or damage within 5 days of receiving your order for a possible full refund or exchange. - Refund Timing
After we inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days. It may take up to 7 more business days to show on your statement. - Responsibility for Lost Returns
Keep tracking info or proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. - Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, altered, missing parts, or when patterns of excessive returns suggest misuse.
