At Barocco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:

1. Return Window:

  • You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchase. Returns must be shipped within this period for a full refund, provided they meet our return criteria.

2. Return Criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • It may take up to 7 additional business days for the funds to appear back on your card.
  • We reserve the right to delay refund processing until we physically receive the returned items if credible concerns regarding potential fraud are present.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns must include a packing slip or return invoice from our Online Return Portal. Incomplete documentation may cause delays in processing.

5. International Returns:

  • The same return policies apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and fees associated with the return.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns totaling over $750.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • Customers have 5 days from receipt of goods to inspect and report any defects or damages.
  • Claims made within this period are eligible for a full refund or an exchange for the same or a different item.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage and a tracking number.

9. Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

  • We maintain the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at our discretion, particularly in cases involving:
    • Irregular or excessive returns that suggest "wardrobing" or an unusual frequency of returns.
    • Returned items in poor condition (e.g., worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing components).
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
