Return Policy, Disclaimers & Notices

1. Shipping Costs
   You are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are optional and paid by you.
2. Return Window
   You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns must be shipped within that period for a full refund.
3. Condition of Items
   Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
4. Restocking Fee
   A 20% restocking fee applies for returns over $750.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   Report defects or damage within 5 days of receiving your order for a possible full refund or exchange.
6. Refund Timing
   After we inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days. It may take up to 7 more business days to show on your statement.
7. Responsibility for Lost Returns
   Keep tracking info or proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
8. Right to Refuse Returns
   We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, altered, missing parts, or when patterns of excessive returns suggest misuse.
